Lunches at HUMMINGBIRD are buffet style so preferences are easily accommodated. Participants may eat in a variety of places outside or in the cool of our straw-bale house. Typically we offer beverages, a variety of sandwich makings with artisan breads, or tacos, with a different tossed salad and dessert each day.
Tea, coffee and bottled water are available throughout the workshops.
